Consumers Served by Third-Parties. Eligible Consumers being served under other competitive supply programs offered by third-parties will not be automatically enrolled as Participating Consumers under this ESA when such program terminates or is otherwise completed. Competitive Supplier agrees that consumers under such third-party competitive supply programs may affirmatively opt-in and receive All-Requirements Power Supply at the Competitive Supplier’s discretion, at the aggregation rate.
