Contact Address. If any notice or inquiry is made to the customer concerning this transaction, the Bank shall contact the customer at the address or phone number which has been indicated upon the request for Transfer or which has been registered with respect to the deposit account from which the Transfer Amounts are transferred.

(2) Even if the Bank is unable to make any inquiry or notice as prescribed in the preceding Paragraph due to misdiscription of the contact address/phone number or interruption of telephone service, the Bank shall bear no liability arising therefrom.
