Address changes may be initiated:  At your request — you can instruct us to change the address or email to which we send notices or Account-Related Information about your Account at any time.  If we get an address change notice from the U.S. Postal Service.  If another party in the business of providing correct address information notifies us that the address in our records no longer corresponds to your address.
