Design Schedule. 1.4.1 Within 10 days after execution of this Agreement, or other period agreed with the Contracting Authority, the A/E shall submit, for approval by the Contracting Authority and Owner, a Design Schedule for the performance of the A/E’s Services. 1.4.2 The Design Schedule shall include allowances for reasonable periods required for review and approval of items by the Contracting Authority and Owner, and for approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. 1.4.3 Unless the Contracting Authority or Owner notify the A/E of objections to the Design Schedule within 30 days of receipt thereof, the Contracting Authority and Owner shall be deemed to have approved the Design Schedule. 1.4.4 The A/E shall coordinate the Design Schedule with the Project Schedule. 1.4.5 The A/E shall not exceed or adjust the Design Schedule after its initial approval without the prior written consent of the Contracting Authority and Owner. 1.4.6 The A/E shall perform its Services in a timely manner consistent with the Project Schedule.

Design Schedule. 4.3.1. For every Project, Architect shall prepare, submit for District’s acceptance, and maintain a design schedule detailing, Architect’s scheduled performance of the Services. 4.3.1.1 Architect shall submit a preliminary schedule within twenty days of commencement of the Programming Phase (covering in summary fashion all Services of each phase of the Project and providing a detailed schedule for the tasks of the Schematic Design Phase). 4.3.1.2 For each succeeding phase of Services, Architect shall supplement this schedule with a detailed schedule covering by task Architect’s work during the succeeding phase of Services. (The required schedule supplement shall be submitted as part of Architect’s deliverables at the conclusion of the current phase of Services.) 4.3.2. Architect’s schedule shall be updated monthly, and shall meet the following requirements: 4.3.2.1 Architect’s schedule shall outline dates and time periods for the delivery of Architect’s services, requirements for information from District for the performance of its services, and required third party approvals and preliminary meetings required to obtain agreement in principal with agencies and tenants involved in the Project. 4.3.2.2 The schedule shall include appropriate District and third party design review durations for each contract package (in minimum durations of one week for Schematic Phase, Design Development Phase, and 50% Construction Document phase, and two weeks for 100% Construction Documents phase.) 4.3.2.3 The schedule shall be in a Suretrack compatible computer software format.
Design Schedule. A schedule of Project activities and events, showing initiation point, duration, and ending points. The Design Schedule indicates time allowed for reviews by the City staff. The Design Schedule shall be drafted by the Design Consultant and subject to the Director’s approval. The Design Schedule may be updated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, without the need of a contract amendment, provided that the revised Design Schedule has been approved by the Director in writing.
Design Schedule. The Architect/Engineer's services shall be performed as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill and care and the orderly progress of the Architect/Engineer's services. The Architect/Engineer and Owner hereby agree to the design schedule which has been incorporated and made a part of the Construction Schedule attached as Exhibit 4 hereto. Time limits established by this schedule shall not, except for reasonable cause, be exceeded by the Architect/Engineer. Any adjustments to the schedule shall be void and of no force and effect until such adjustments are agreed to in writing by Owner and Architect/Engineer.
