Contact with Business Relations. During the period from the date of this Agreement until the earlier of the Closing Date or the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, Buyer hereby agrees that it is not authorized to and shall not (and shall not permit any of its employees, agents, representatives or Affiliates to) contact any employee (excluding executive officers), customer, supplier, Dealer, Material Supplier, distributor or other material business relation of any Group Company regarding any Group Company or its business without the prior written consent of Seller.
