Contact with Municipality after Tender Closure Date. Bidders shall not contact the Municipality on any matter relating to their bid from the time of the opening of the bid to the time the contract is awarded. If a bidder wishes to bring additional information to the notice of the Municipality, it should do so in writing to the Municipality. Any effort by the firm to influence the Municipality in the bid evaluation, bid comparison or contract award decisions may result in the rejection of the bid.
