Common use of Content and Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Content and Deliverables. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the applicable Order, any STCs and the payment of all applicable Fees, Company grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the Content and Deliverables provided by Company through the Licensed Products and Professional Services to create safety data sheets, labels and other outputs for Client’s internal use or for delivery to Client vendors, customers and other third parties in the normal course of Client’s business.
