Project Deliverables. Contractor’s Project deliverables are set forth in Exhibit A. If Contractor employs or acts as booking agent for a particular person who is to perform the services (“Performer”), the name of the person providing the services must be specified at Exhibit A. Completion of Exhibit B: Verification of Independent Contractor Status is mandatory if the Contractor is an individual.
