You may only transfer one purchased Audio Tour to just one MP3 player device (i.e., iPod). Once the Audio Tour is transferred to an MP3 player device, you agree not to copy, distribute or transfer it from that device to any other media or device, except for personal data backup purposes, and for such backup purposes, there can only be one additional copy of the Audio Tour made. Publisher shall be entitled to enter into limited exclusive promotional arrangements with respect to particular Digital Media Files prior to making the same available to ADSI that do not, when taken as a whole, prevent ADSI from generally being able to make Digital Media Files available on the same dates as Similar Services.
