Content of Financial Reports. The annual report shall reflect the receipts and the disbursements, including an analysis of the disbursements, together with such other information as may be material under the circumstances. Such reports shall be compiled by a certified public accountant, but need not be reviewed or audited unless so directed to be so prepared by the Trustee.
