Content of Notice; Date Notice Effective. A notice of termination given by a party pursuant to this section has no effect unless the notice states the grounds for termination with reasonable specificity. A notice may specify an effective time no earlier than the later of the date the notice is duly sent in accordance with this Agreement or the earliest date permitted by this Article. If an incorrect effective date is specified or if no effective date is specified, a duly sent notice shall become effective at the earliest time permitted by this Article.
