Effective date of notices. Subject to Clauses 28.4 and 28.5:
(a) a notice which is delivered personally or posted shall be deemed to be served, and shall take effect, at the time when it is delivered; and
(b) a notice which is sent by fax shall be deemed to be served, and shall take effect, 2 hours after its transmission is completed.

If the last day for giving any notice or performing any act under this License falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a day on which the United States Post Office is not open, the time shall be extended to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Post Office holiday.
