Content of XXX. xxx Site ----------------------- 1. Each party shall notify the other of all errors, omissions, and/or inaccuracies in the TSA Content, as developed, used or authorized by Licensee, within forty-eight (48) hours after it becomes aware thereof. 2. If Licensee provides such notice, it shall specify to Licensor what action, if any, it has taken to correct the error, omission and/or inaccuracy. 3. If Licensor provides such a notice, or receives such notice, it may specify reasonable actions to be taken by Licensee to correct the error, omission and/or inaccuracy or resubmit such content.
