Promotion and Advertising. In addition to those rights and obligations contained in Section 11 of the Agreement:
Promotion and Advertising. 8.1. The Delivery Centre shall promote that the Provider is authorised to provide the Services on the Delivery Centre website and mailings and advertise authorised courses on the Delivery Centre website and mailings provided the Provider requests the services be advertised with sufficient notice and meets the Delivery Centre Requirements at the time of the request.
8.2. When advertising or promoting the Services or an authorised course the Provider must ensure that advertised course fees are fully inclusive of all Delivery Centre fees and that the Delivery Centre fees are not listed separately. The Provider must ensure applicable National Association membership discounts are applied and advertise both National Association member and non-member fees where appropriate.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any right to use in advertising, publicity or other promotional activities any name, trade name, trademark, or other designation (including any contraction, abbreviation, or simulation of any of the foregoing); and, each party hereto agrees not to use any designation of the other party in any promotional activity associated with this Agreement, or with product licensed thereunder, without the express written approval of the other party.

During the term of this Agreement, in the event that Manufacturer or any Subdistributor advertises, promotes or markets the functionality of the Licensed Engine, Manufacturer may, and may require its Subdistributors to, use the trademarks, marks, trade names, logos, and other product and company identifiers of Wink that Wink may adopt, from time to time ("Wink Trademarks"). Use of the Wink Trademarks shall be consistent with Wink's trademark usage policy which Wink may adopt from time to time and of which Wink has notified Manufacturer. Manufacturer and its Subdistributors may use trade names, marks or trademarks in addition to the Wink Trademarks in connection with the Wink-enabled DIRECTV System Receiver.
Promotion and Advertising. 10-1 The DISTRIBUTORS agree that it will not, in promoting and selling the PRODUCTS make any representation or give any warranty with respect thereto other than those set forth in the catalogues and leaflets provided by SEASA, and/or the standard terms and conditions of warranty of the PRODUCTS hereunder or provided in writing by SEASA, or as may otherwise be authorized in writing by SEASA, unless required by law.

The Distributor shall implement within the Territory an advertising and promotion policy for the sale of the Lacoste Watches in a manner compatible with the prestige of the Licensed Trademarks, of the Lacoste Trademarks Image and of the name "Lacoste" so as to achieve a satisfactory development of sales; such policy shall follow as closely as possible the Licensor’s Promotion and Advertising Know-How provided to the Distributor by the Master Licensee including the advertising policy defined by the Licensor at an international level.
13.1 As used herein “advertising” means only the publication in print or broadcast media of advertisements approved by Master Licensee and “promotion” means all other forms of promotion, other than advertising, for Lacoste Watches approved by Master Licensee including, without limitation, point of sale material, co-op advertising, marketing, public relations, special events and the like. All advertising and promotions (including, without limitation, the methods, selection, layouts, venue and timing thereof) shall be subject to the prior written approval of Master Licensee. Distributor shall submit all proposed advertising and promotion materials for approval at least four (4) weeks prior to the first anticipated use thereof and shall not engage in any advertising or promotion or use any such materials without Master Licensee’s prior written approval. Unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by Master Licensee, Distributor will use only such materials including, without limitation, point of sale material, packaging, advertising and ancillary material furnished or approved by Master Licensee.
13.2 Distributor shall conduct all advertising and promotion of Lacoste Watches in the Territory at its own expense and Master Licensee will contribute towards the advertising and/or the promotion of such watches in the Territory as hereinafter provided. At a minimum, Distributor shall expend each contract year for approved advertising and promotion an amount equal to (a) * of Distributor’s budgeted Net Sales of Lacoste Watches for such contract year plus (b) * of Master Licensee’s sales to Distributor in such year. Promotion and Advertising. Licensee will provide a variety of high resolution images and video clips for approval of use by University in promotion of the Event. University shall list the Event on the Northrop events web page, social media channels, interior digital signage, printed list of upcoming events, online Twin Cities event calendars and Xxxxxxxx E-mail Club e-mails. Additional marketing support may be available upon request at an additional charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is the responsibility of Licensee to advertise and promote the Event. Licensee shall submit to University for its prior review and approval all marketing and media for the Event (including brochures, flyers, programs, digital ads, and advertisements) to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures and to ensure accuracy and compliance with University and Xxxxxxxx branding standards.

All Competitors acknowledge, and shall obtain written acknowledgements and releases from all of their Team Members, sponsors, licensees and other commercial partners, that ACEA and its authorized agents, sponsors, licensees, other commercial partners and any Host City, shall be entitled, without payment of fees to any Person including Competitors or any of their Team Members, sponsors, licensees and other commercial partners to reproduce, print, publish or disseminate worldwide in any medium the names, logos, images, likenesses and voices of Competitors, their yachts and other vessels, their Team Members, sponsors, licensees and other commercial partners and/or xxxxxx within audio and/ or visual ( still and/ or moving) images for the purposes of promoting and advertising th e E v e n t( s ) and the official merchandising activities of ACEA (and/or its appointed retailers, licensees and/or concessionaires) in connection with the whole or any part or parts of AC35, provided that neither ACEA nor its authorized agents, sponsors, licensees, other commercial partners or Host Cities place an undue prominence on any single Competitor in connection therewith (except with the approval of such Competitor). ACEA may also include the names and/or logos of ACEA‘s sponsors, licensees and/or other commercial partners in any of its promotion, advertising and merchandising.
Promotion and Advertising. IFD shall engage in those marketing and advertising activities it deems advisable, in its sole judgment, to promote sales of the iPura-labeled Seafood in the Targeted Territories, subject to the relevant regulations on marketing and advertising in the Targeted Territories, including the relevant regulations of Vietnam if such Seafood is sold in Vietnam, but the timing and manner thereof to be determined by IFD in its sole discretion.
