Common use of Content Protection System Clause in Contracts

Content Protection System. All Included Programs delivered by Licensee to, output from or stored on an Approved Device must be protected by a content protection system that includes digital rights management, conditional access systems and digital output protection (such system, the “Content Protection System”). The Content Protection System shall (i) be fully compliant with all the compliance and robustness rules set forth in this Schedule B, and (ii) use only those rights settings, if applicable, set forth in this Schedule B or that are otherwise approved in writing by Licensor. Upgrades to or new versions of the Content Protection System that would materially and negatively affect the protection provided to Included Programs shall be approved in writing by Licensor.
