Common use of Continual Professional Development Clause in Contracts

Continual Professional Development. 26.1 (a) The College, the Union, and Employees recognize the primary responsibility to the College. The continual professional development of each Employee is critical to the ongoing effectiveness of both the Employee and the College. The College, the Union, and Employees are committed to facilitating such development while minimizing disruptions to the operational support services of the College. Where possible, professional development activities shall be scheduled to minimize such disruptions.
