Continuance of Agreement. The rights, responsibilities and duties of the parties hereto and the covenants and agreements herein contained shall survive the execution hereof, shall continue to bind the parties hereto, and shall continue in full force and effect until each and every obligation of the parties hereto, pursuant to this Agreement, shall have been fully performed.
