Continuance of Agreement. The rights, responsibilities, and duties of the signatories to this Agreement, and the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement, shall continue to bind the signatories, shall continue in full force and effect until each and every obligation of the signatories pursuant to this Agreement (and any document or agreement incorporated hereby by reference) shall have been fully performed, and shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the signatories.
