Continuance of Tenant's Obligations. Except as provided for in ----------------------------------- Section 15.6, no destruction of or damage to the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof, by fire, casualty or otherwise shall permit Tenant to surrender this Lease Agreement or shall relieve Tenant from its liability to pay to Landlord the Rent and Additional Rent payable under this Lease Agreement or from any of its other obligations under this Lease Agreement, and Tenant waives any rights now or hereafter conferred upon Tenant by present or future law or otherwise to quit or surrender this Lease Agreement or the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof, to Landlord or to any suspension, diminution, abatement or reduction of rent on account of any such damage or destruction.
