Common use of Continuance Period Clause in Contracts

Continuance Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “Continuance Period” will mean the period of time beginning on the date of the termination of Executive’s employment and ending on the date on which Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments under Section 7.

Continuance Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “Continuance Period” will mean the period of time beginning on the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment and ending on the date on which Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments under Section 7.

Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, in the event of the a termination of Executive’s employment and ending on the date on which where Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments not entitled to severance under Section 78(a), the Continuance Period shall be of no duration.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Continuance Period” will mean the period of time beginning on the date of commencing upon the termination of Executive’s employment and ending on the date on which Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments under Section 7twelve (12) months later.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Continuance Period” will mean means the period of time beginning on the date of the termination of Executive’s employment Termination Date and ending on the date on which twenty-four (24) months following the Termination Date. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, in the event of a termination of Executive's employment where Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments not entitled to severance under Section 78(a), the Continuance Period shall be of no duration.

Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, in the event of a termination of Executive's employment where Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments not entitled to severance under Section 78(a) or Section 8(b), the Continuance Period shall be of no duration.

For purposes of this Revised Agreement, “Continuance Period” will mean means the period of time beginning on the Termination Date and ending on the later of (i) the date twenty-four (24) months following the Termination Date or (ii) the date that the term of this Revised Agreement otherwise expires. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, in the event of a termination of Executive’s employment and ending on the date on which where Executive is no longer receiving Base Salary payments not entitled to severance under Section 78(a) or Section 8(b), the Continuance Period shall be of no duration.
