Continuation and Modification of Rental Sales Agent Incentive Program. The Union specifically agrees that the Employer shall have the right to continue the current Rental Sales Agent Incentive Program, subject to the sole discretion of the Employer. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and for greater clarity and certainty, the Union further specifically agrees that modification to and retention of said program shall be subject to the exclusive decision-making authority of the Employer.
