Common use of Continuation and Term Clause in Contracts

Continuation and Term. The Company was formed upon the issuance by the Secretary of State of Delaware of a certified copy of the Certificate. The Company shall continue in existence until the close of the Company's business on December 31, 2030, or until the earlier dissolution of the Company pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
