CONTINUATION OF PERFORMANCE THROUGH TERMINATION The Subrecipient shall continue to perform, in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement, up to the date of termination, as directed in the termination notice.
TERM, CONTINUATION AND RENEGOTIATION In this Collective Agreement, "Previous Collective Agreement" means the Collective Agreement that was in effect between the two parties for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 including any amendments agreed to by the parties during that period.
Continuation of Agreement This Agreement shall become effective for each Fund as of the date first set forth above and shall continue in effect for each Fund until August 1, 2010, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided, and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter for each Fund only as long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by either the Board of Directors or by the vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of such Fund, and (ii) by the vote of a majority of the Directors, who are not parties to the Agreement or interested persons of any such party, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval. The annual approvals provided for herein shall be effective to continue this Agreement from year to year if given within a period beginning not more than 90 days prior to August 1st of each applicable year, notwithstanding the fact that more than 365 days may have elapsed since the date on which such approval was last given.
Commencement and Continuation The Contractor shall commence the Project on the date the Contract was signed by the Department (as above) and, subject to Schedule Three, Clause 10.1 shall complete the Project on or before 31 August 2012. Termination and Post-Termination Continuation of Services If either Party provides Notice of Termination pursuant to Section 6.3 and, by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the stated date of termination, neither Party has requested negotiation of a new Interconnection agreement, then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the termination date identified in the Notice of Termination, and (b) the services and functions being provided by CenturyLink under this Agreement at the time of termination, including Interconnection arrangements and the exchange of Local Traffic, may be terminated by CenturyLink unless the Parties jointly agree to other continuing arrangements.
Continuation of Benefits Following the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall have the right to continue in the Company’s group health insurance plan or other Company benefit program as may be required by COBRA or any other federal or state law or regulation.
COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND TERMINATION 2.1. Cavendish Communications shall provide or arrange for the provision of Wholesale Line Rental Services for the Minimum Term from the date the Lines are connected and operative (“Commencement Date”).

General Laws §. 27-19.1, if your employment is terminated due to one of the following reason, your healthcare coverage may be continued, provided that you continue to pay the applicable premiums. • Involuntary layoff or death; • The workplace ceasing to exist; or • Permanent reduction in size of the workforce. The period of this continuation will be for up to eighteen (18) months from your termination date, but not to exceed the period of continuous employment preceding termination with your employer. The continuation period will end for any person covered under your policy on the date the person becomes employed by another group and is eligible for benefits under that group’s plan.
