Commencement and Continuation. 2.1 The Contractor shall commence the Services on 12 March 2012 and, subject to Clause 10.1 shall complete the Services on or before 31 March 2014 with the possibility to extend on a yearly basis, dependent on performance and value for money considerations until 31 March 2015.

2.2 Subject to Clause 2.3 the Contract shall expire on the relevant Expiry Date for the respective Service, or in the event of earlier termination the Termination Date.
2.3 The ESFA may extend the Contract for such a period or periods as may be necessary for Apprentices recruited by the Contractor prior to the relevant Expiry Date, to complete their Apprenticeship Programmes and where this provision is so exercised by the ESFA a new Expiry Date for that Service shall be notified by the ESFA in writing and the definition of Expiry Date shall be updated accordingly.
Commencement and Continuation. 3.1 THE NMSS shall provide the Activities to THE EFA on the terms and conditions of this Funding Agreement.
3.2 The Funding Agreement shall commence on 1 August 2016 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall finish on 31 July 2017 unless this Funding Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 19.
Commencement and Continuation. 2.1. The Contract will come into force on the Agreement Date.
2.2. The delivery of the Services shall commence on the Service Commencement Date.
2.3. Between the Agreement Date and the Service Commencement Date, the ESFA may require the Contractor to undertake Readiness Activities. Failure of the Contractor to undertake any such Readiness Activities shall constitute a Minor Breach of this Contract.
2.4. Subject to Clause 2.5 the Contract shall expire on the Expiry Date, or in the event of earlier termination the Termination Date.
2.5. The ESFA may extend the Contract on the following basis;
2.5.1. On any number of occasions up to a maximum period of 12 months in order to ensure continuity of delivery of the Services, in any circumstances in which the ESFA consider this to be necessary; and/or
2.5.2. For such a period or periods as may be necessary for Apprentices recruited by the Contractor, during the Initial Contract Period, to complete their Apprenticeships; any extension under Clause 2.5.1 shall have the effect of extending the Initial Contract Period and in each case of an extension under Clause 2.5.1 and/or
Commencement and Continuation. 3.1 THE SPI shall provide the Activities to THE EFA on the terms and conditions of this Funding Agreement.
3.2 The Funding Agreement shall commence on 1 August 2015 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall finish on 31 July 2016 unless this Funding Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 19.
Commencement and Continuation. 2.1. The Contract shall commence on 1 November 2017 and terminate on the Expiry Date.
2.2. The ESFA may, by giving written notice to the Contractor extend the Contract on up to two occasions (up to a maximum of one year on each occasion), up to 31 July 2020 (subject to the Contractor’s performance, continuing availability of funding).
2.3. If the Contract Period is extended in accordance with Clause 2.2, the definition of Expiry Date shall be updated accordingly.
