Common use of Continuation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuation Obligations. Wherever this Agreement contemplates that I will have an obligation or restriction at or after the term of my employment with Company, I agree that that obligation or restriction will exist without regard to which party to the Agreement terminates the employment relationship, and without regard for the reason (or lack thereof) for the termination of the employment relationship.
