Continuation of CM Services. Except in the event of the District’s failure to make payment of undisputed portions of the Contract Price due the CM for an Assigned Project, notwithstanding any disputes between District and CM arising hereunder or under a Task Order for an Assigned Project, CM shall continue to provide and perform services hereunder pending a subsequent resolution of such disputes.
