Common use of Continuation of Co-Payments Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Co-Payments. Constar shall cause the Constar Welfare Plans to recognize and give credit for all amounts applied to deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and other applicable benefit coverage limits for expenses that have been incurred by Active Constar Employees (and Former Constar Employees, if applicable) under the Crown Welfare Plans for the remainder of the benefit limit year in which the Closing Date occurs.
