Continuation of Elections and Application to Spinco Dependents. SpinCo has caused and shall continue to cause the SpinCo Qualified Savings Plans and the SpinCo Non-Qualified Savings Plan to recognize and maintain all elections in effect as of immediately prior to the Interim Transfer Date, including, but not limited to, beneficiary designations, payment forms and other rights of alternate payees under qualified domestic relation orders as were in effect under the corresponding Parent Qualified Savings Plan and Parent Non-Qualified Savings Plan, unless and until changed or modified in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan or otherwise in accordance with applicable law. To the extent applicable, the provisions of this Article VII shall also apply to SpinCo Dependents. Parent shall cooperate with SpinCo to provide any reasonably requested information regarding such administrative matters.
