Common use of Continuation of Employment or Service Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Employment or Service. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Company to continue the Participant’s employment or service and nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or restrict the right of the Company to terminate such employment or service at any time.
