Common use of Continuation of Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Indemnity. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained in this Article VII shall continue during the period in which Employee is employed the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Employee shall be subject to any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, and whether formal or informal, by reason of the fact that Employee was a employed by the Company.

Continuation of Indemnity. All agreements and obligations of the Company contained in this Article VII shall continue during the period in which Employee Executive is employed the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Employee Executive shall be subject to any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, and whether formal or informal, by reason of the fact that Employee Executive was a employed by the Company.

All agreements and obligations of the Company contained in this Article VII Section 12 shall continue during the period in which Employee is employed the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Employee shall be subject to any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, and whether formal or informal, by reason of the fact that Employee was a employed by the Company.
