Common use of Continuation of lease—2005 Act Clause in Contracts

Continuation of lease—2005 Act. On and from the commencement of section 16(5) of the 2005 Act the Telstra Lease continues in force and may continue to be dealt with as a lease under section 51 of the Forests Act 1958.
