Common use of Continuation of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Lease Term. Lessee intends, subject to Section 3.03, to continue the Lease Term of each Lease and to pay the Rental Payments thereunder. Lessee affirms that sufficient funds are legally available for its current fiscal year to pay any Rental Payments when due during the current fiscal year, and Lessee reasonably believes that an amount sufficient to make all Rental Payments during the entire Lease Term of each Lease can be obtained from legally available funds of Lessee.

Continuation of Lease Term. Lessee intends, subject to Section 3.03, to continue the Lease Term of each Lease and to pay the Rental Payments thereunderand Additional Rental Payments hereunder.
