Common use of Continuation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Officer shall be subject to any possible Proceeding, by reason of the fact that Officer was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan trust or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Officer shall be subject to any possible Proceedingclaim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, by reason of the fact that Officer was serving an officer of Corporation or such other entity serving in any other capacity referred to herein.

(a) All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Officer shall be subject to any possible Proceedingclaim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Officer was serving Corporation or such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.

All agreements and obligations of the Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Officer is a directoran executive officer of the Corporation, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter for so long as Officer shall be subject to any possible Proceedingclaim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Officer was serving an executive officer of the Corporation or such other entity or, while an executive officer, served in any other capacity referred to herein.

Continuation of Obligations. All agreements and obligations of Corporation contained herein shall continue during the period Officer is a director, officer, employee or agent of Corporation (or is or was serving at the request of Corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan trust or other enterprise) and shall continue thereafter so long as Officer shall be subject to any possible Proceedingclaim or threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal or investigative, by reason of the fact that Officer was serving Corporation or any such other entity in any capacity referred to herein.
