Continuation of Pre. Employment Agreement Whenever an individual teacher is employed and has a prior contract agreement for purchase of a tax sheltered annuity, said agreement may be continued by proper amendment of contract agreements with the Board. This agreement shall not be construed as authorizing the initiating of new contracts with companies not specifically authorized by the Board.
