Continuation of Provisions of License Agreement. 1.1. Except as expressly set forth hereunder, all other terms and conditions of the License Agreement and its amendments, shall remain in force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Seventh Amendment and the License Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Seventh Amendment shall govern and control.
