Common use of – Continuation of Seniority and Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

– Continuation of Seniority and Employee Benefit Plans. The employee Benefit Plans and the seniority provisions all as set out in this Agreement shall continue while an employee is on sick leave, bereavement leave, jury and witness leave, special leave, parental leave, pregnancy, maternity leave and adoption leave, provided that the employee continues to pay their share of the premium costs where applicable.
