Common use of Continuation of Service Contracts Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Service Contracts. Seller shall not modify or amend, nor permit the Partnership to modify or amend, any Service Contract or enter into any new service contract for or with respect to the Property, unless the same is terminable without penalty by the then owner of the Property upon not more than thirty (30) days’ notice.
