Common use of Continuation of Service Contracts Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Service Contracts. The Transferor Partnership shall not modify or amend any Service Contract or enter into any new service contract for the Property, without the prior written consent of the BRI Partnership which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided no consent shall be required with respect to any of the foregoing so long as such service contract is terminable without penalty by the then owner of the Property upon not more than thirty (30) days' notice.
