Continuation of Services Past Agreement Expiration. In the event a Tasking Letter is in progress and not completed upon this Agreement’s expiration date established in Section 2, the terms of this Agreement shall survive the expiration date and be effective for the duration of such Tasking Letter, which shall be prosecuted to completion under the terms hereof, unless such Tasking Letter is sooner terminated or suspended in accordance with Section 18.
