Continuation of Services Pending Fair Hearing Decision. 1) A beneficiary receiving SUD treatment services shall have a right to file for continuation of SUD treatment services pending the outcome of a fair hearing pursuant to 42 CFR 438.420, and Cal. Code Regs., Title 22., § 51014.2. 2) The Contractor shall continue to provide SUD treatment services pending the outcome of a fair hearing in accordance with 42 CFR 438.420(c) and Cal. Code Regs., Title 22, § 51014.
