Common use of Continuation of the Operations Clause in Contracts

Continuation of the Operations. The State commits itself not to interfere with the carrying out of Petroleum Operations in the Contract Area that the Contractor retains if the State chooses to take over a Discovery or Field in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.2.
