Continued Accuracy of Buyer's Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties of Buyer contained in this Agreement shall be true on and as of the Closing Date with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of that date; and Corporation shall have received at the Closing a certificate, dated the Closing Date and executed on behalf of Buyer by its president or any vice president, containing a representation and warranty to that effect.
