Continued Care of Cemeteries. If Local Church has a cemetery, memorial garden, mausoleum, columbarium, or other place for the disposition of human remains, Local Church shall continue to maintain it in compliance with all applicable laws and provide access to it after the Disaffiliation Date for families and loved ones of United Methodists who are buried there on the same terms and conditions as the members of Local Church.
