Common use of Continued Disclosure Requirement Clause in Contracts

If at any time during the Term of this Agreement Vendor becomes aware of any change in the circumstances that makes the representations and warranties stated above no longer true, Vendor must immediately disclose such change to the Board in accordance with the Notice provision of this Agreement.
