Continued Effectiveness of Agreement. If the reassignment, ------------------------------------ retransfer or reconveyance referred to in Section 9.01 hereof is prohibited by any then applicable law or regulation, this Agreement (including Section 5.01(e) but otherwise excluding Articles 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 hereof) will continue in effect until such time as the reassignment, retransfer or reconveyance of the primary operating authority with respect to the Acquired Slots is permitted.
