Effectiveness of Contract. This Contract shall come into effect on the date the Contract is signed by both parties or such other later date as maybe stated in the SCC.
Effectiveness of Contract. This Contract shall come into force and effect on the date (the “Effective Date”) of the Trust’s notice to the Service Providers instructing the Service Providers to begin carrying out the services mentioned in SCC. This notice shall confirm that the effectiveness conditions, if any, listed in the SCC have been met.

9.2 The validity of this Contract shall be independent of the Main Contract and may not be affected by the invalidity of the Main Contract. If the Main Contract is confirmed as invalid, Party A shall assume joint and several suretyship liability for the debts arising from the Debtor’s return of property or compensation for losses.
Effectiveness of Contract. 4.1 The Contract will go into effect from the effective date between the Parties involved and will encompass a solid and bonding agreement for both.
4.2 If at some point in the future, the system of access to and use of the gas facilities is modified by laws or regulations, the Parties agree to modify, in good faith, the Contract and the Conditions Agreement to suit the new regulations in effect, abiding in all cases by the balance of reciprocal obligations and rights as determined in the Contract.
4.3 The Contract and its Attachments and Addenda include the totality of the commitments assumed by the Parties involved. The Attachments have the same binding effect as the text of this Conditions Agreement of which they are an inseparable part; however, the text of the Contract will prevail over the content of the Attachments in cases of questionable interpretation.
4.4 Any modification of the terms of the present Conditions Agreement and the Contract must be mutually agreed to and subscribed to by all Parties involved, and added in writing.
