Continued Effectiveness of Subscriber Entity Agreement. Except to the extent the Subscriber Entity Agreement is amended herein, the Subscriber Entity Agreement remains in full force and effect. To the extent the terms of this Amendment are inconsistent with the terms of the Subscriber Entity Agreement, for purposes of this Amendment the terms of this Amendment shall apply.
