CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND EXPIRATION OF PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT. Unless -------------------------------------------------------------- the parties otherwise agree in writing, continuation of Employee's employment with the Company beyond expiration of the Period of Employment shall be deemed an employment at will and shall not be deemed to extend any of the provisions of this Agreement and Employee's employment may thereafter be terminated at will by either Employee or the Company; provided, however, that the provisions of Sections 12, 13 and 14 shall survive any termination of this Agreement or Employee's termination of employment hereunder.
