Common use of Continued Employment with Holdco Clause in Contracts

Continued Employment with Holdco. Effective as of the Closing, all Comcast Transferred System Employees shall continue to be employees of Holdco and shall cease to be employees of Time Warner Cable or any of its Subsidiaries. Effective as of the Closing, Time Warner Cable shall discontinue providing benefits to Comcast Transferred System Employees under all Time Warner Cable Benefit Plans except as otherwise required by law or as contemplated under this Agreement.
