Continued Implementation Sample Clauses
Continued Implementation. The Eligible Applicant shall continue to maintain, practice, or otherwise implement each Eligible BMP Activity throughout its Project Term.
Continued Implementation. During the period when a dispute is being resolved, except for the matter in dispute, the Parties shall in all respects continue their implementation of this Contract unless that is impossible or impracticable due to the nature of the dispute.
